Shanna Karle

Shanna started out as a Salesperson with Ateah Realty in 2009, and has been Broker/ Owner since 2013. Shanna has owned and run several businesses, and is experienced in many areas of Real Estate, holding both SRS and ABR Designations. She has received 9 awards from Winnipeg Realtors and the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board for sales. Shanna lives year round in Belair with her partner Daneal, young son, and dog Suma, although together they also have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. She is a big supporter and believer in our East Beaches Community. In addition to being passionate about Real Estate, Shanna enjoys painting and refinishing furniture, biking, and kayaking, Time permitting, of course.
