
Melodie has resided in Victoria Beach for 24 years and cottaged herself or with her family at Grand Beach/Grand Marais, Hillside Beach, Albert Beach and Victoria Beach for over 15 years prior to that. She has earned silver medallion awards for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 for her sales achievements from the Winnipeg Real Estate board. She is committee member (2011) of the Civic and Legislative Affairs Committee for the Winnipeg Real Estate Board. Melodie graduated from Sturgeon Creek Secondary High School. She has a diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba. Presently she is workng towards her CRA appraisal designation with University of BC and the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and is qualified to do residential real estate appraisals as a Candidate member of the AIC. Melodie has diverse experience in areas of Human Resources, Accounting, Sales and Administration. Melodie looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.




Shanna has been a year round resident of the beaches area for 10 years. She has a background in Business Management, and owns a business in the town of Pine Falls/ Powerview, where she also sits on the Blue Water Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in many community activities in both the East Beaches and Pine Falls areas. Susan attended Grosvenor, River Heights and Kelvin Schools followed by the University of Winnipeg. She worked in many various capacities, (from the bottom up) in the family businesses: Celebrity Concerts Canada, Celebrity Box Office, World Adventure Tours and World Adventure Tours Travel, and WAT-GEE Holdings, ending as Director and Executive Vice President . She has a professional background which includes accounting, sales and marketing, and accreditation as a travel agent. She brings a lifetime of experience of problem solving and dealing with people.
Susan's grandfather Fred M. Gee was one of the original cottagers at Victoria Beach. The cottage was on the corner of 1st and 2nd. Susan's family cottage was across the street. She has spent each summer exploring the eastern beaches and is familiar with the unique attributes the various areas have to offer. About 10 years ago, Susan and her family moved from Fort Garry to Traverse Bay, and now happily lives at the beach as a full time resident. Susan would be delighted to introduce new people to the beaches, or help current residents with their real estate needs.
